Please Note:

• A processing fee will be applied to all purchases.
• AFO passes are non-refundable and non-transferable
• AFO passes cannot be transferred forward to the following year.
• All attendees are expected to abide by AFO policies.
• There are no refunds for lost, stolen, incinerated, flushed, or otherwise destroyed membership badges.
• A badge can, however, be replaced for $10.00 if you have proof of purchase. (Online confirmation, email confirmation, or receipt)
• Under no circumstances will a single-day wristband be replaced.
• All tickets will need to be picked up on-site at AFO, with a valid ID and confirmation email.

Admission Terms and Conditions:

• The badge or wristband issued to you is a limited, revocable license to attend Anime Festival Orlando, which may be revoked or revised at any time at the discretion of Blue Moose Inc., d.b.a, Anime Festival Orlando. 
• All badge holders and licenses granted therein are subject to the rules and regulations of Anime Festival Orlando. Anime Festival Orlando may apply additional fees and limitations for certain activities. 
• A badge may be revoked and the badge holder ejected from the convention for disorderly conduct, a violation of the law or rules or law, or at the sole discretion of an official representative of Anime Festival Orlando. 
• The badge holder acknowledges that appearing at Anime Festival Orlando, that they may be recorded (video, audio, or otherwise) and consents to its publishing and broadcasting. 
• The badge holder, in accepting a badge: (1) releases Blue Moose Inc., d.b.a, Anime Festival Orlando from any liability for loss or damage to persons or property, infringement of any right, or any other claim or cause of action of any kind; (II) authorizes and permits Blue Moose Inc., d.b.a, Anime Festival Orlando and its designees to use for any and all purposes their name, voice and likeness and all reproduction thereof for any and all purposes in all forms and in all media now and hereafter known in perpetuity throughout the universe; (III) understands that they are prevented from taking any film or digital pictures, videos, tapes, sound recordings or any visual or auditory recreation of any kind whatsoever for commercial use, for the solicitation of funds or for any commercial or other purpose, without the express written permission of Blue Moose Inc., d.b.a, Anime Festival Orlando; (IV) agrees to comply with all of Anime Festival Orlando’s rules and regulations.
